Corporate settings are very doable- I have much experience with corporate groups, and invite you to contact me if there is a need for some quality nutritional coaching, teaching, or presenting in your work setting.
Private rates are $100.00 per hour for nutritional counsel. We may work at any of my affiliated gym locations, or your home or workplace, or any agreed upon locale that works for you. Phone consultations are at the same rate.
Please note that short questions may certainly be asked of me for free- just call or email me!
Personal training is $75.00 per hour, either in my affiliated gyms, or at your home or private gym. Weather permitting, I have also had great workouts in the park. I can bring kettle bells (even better than free weights). Your day pass at any of my affiliated gyms is included in the above price.
Corporate programs, like 'lunch and learn' group seminars, group weight loss, team fitness and others are custom- priced.
