To lose fat quickly, you have to flush your body with a lot of water, fruit, vegetables, and also add some Himalayan or Celtic salt for electrolytes. Protein is used in quantities and timing to hype the metabolism. Getting colonics can only help, and help greatly, however this program works fine, with or without them.
I would recommend the following program for turbo fat lass;
DAY ONE
Water, herbal teas, Himalayan or Celtic salt, and a ton of fruits and vegetables, cooked or raw, but not juiced (you need the fibre for best results). Nothing else!
DAY TWO
Water, herbal teas and proteins plus vegetables.
Veggies may be cooked and or raw, no starchy veggies such as squash, corn, cassava.
Proteins can be nuts, seeds, meat, fish, eggs.
NO FRUITS, and no beans (we're chopping the carbs for day two). Nothing else!
DAY THREE - DAY WHICHEVER - keep alternating day one eating with day two eating, for as long as desired.
